Taylor was born and raised along the coast of California, which helped to foster a deep love for the ocean. In 2015, he became a divemaster and would often spend his free time collecting trash from beneath the central coast piers. He went on to volunteer with the local Sheriff's search and recovery dive team and has had the opportunity to dive all around the world. Scuba started as a hobby, but evolved into a fun way of getting members of his community involved in diving and environmental conversation.
